We do not offer a print catalog of our products, our site serves this purpose. Please check back often as we regularly update our merchandise.

Methods of Payment
We accept Visa & Mastercard, American Express and Discover for internet orders. You may also place you order online when paying by personal or bankcheck by selecting this option at the checkout. Once we receive your check by postal mail, we must wait 3-7 business days for your check to clear with our bank before sending your merchandise to you.

We also invite you to call and speak to us directly to place your order.

Shipping
Most items ordered, unless otherwise noted, are shipped within 1-3 business days. All web orders are confirmed via e-mail and given an expected arrival time.

All packages are shipped UPS Ground service or USPS Priority mail. Please call or e-mail us if you require expedited shipping service.

Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of product receipt. Please call or e-mail us within this 7 day period to initiate your return or exchange. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) which must be written on the exterior of the returned package.

RMA numbers expire after 3 days of issuance and are no longer valid. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RMA number.

Merchandise must be returned in original packaging.

Special Orders
We would be happy to special order items which are not shown on our web site.

• 50% of order total required when booking
• 50% of remaining balance due prior to shipping

We use UPS Ground Service for all items and unless directed differently by the customer.
